A ready to use patching and leveling compound for smoothing and repairing concrete wood and masonry prior to flooring installation. This underlayment sets in 2 hours and can be used on concrete wood and metal flooring as a feather edge deep fill or embossing leveler. Universal patch and skimcoat. Mix it with just a bit of superglue.

Cut out the patch border approximately 1 inch larger than the hole you are patching. Cut out patches for holes from identical thickness plywood using the coping saw. Rout or sand a downward facing 1 2 inch bevel on the patch. To patch wood using this method you ll need sawdust from the specific wood you are patching.

Use over concrete plywood and vinyl prior to installing tile or other flooring. You don t need a lot of glue just enough to bind the sawdust together and create a thick paste. The floor patch and leveler will remain flexible allowing the plywood subfloor to flex without cracking the filled in areas. Measure and cut plywood as needed to cover the damaged area.
